Breakfast of Champions: avocado on toast

Avocado spread thick onto toast with a squeeze of lemon, pinch of salt and red chill flakes. Gluten-free bread if you like. No recipe necessary. The avocado is full of good fats that will keep your belly full for a long time. It’s probably my favourite breakfast, lunch and dinner. It’s the any-meal of champions!
