The crazy holiday season is all up on us. For those of you who partake in the holiday cocktail, I’ve put together my three must-have supplements to help keep you as un-hungover as possible as you continue to do your party rounds.
From immune system health to proper sleep, magnesium is responsible for more than 300 reactions in the body. Not only is magnesium depleted by alcohol, but it’s also hard to come by when we’re grazing on the nutrient-deficient holiday cocktail spread. From metabolism and energy production, to healthy skin and nervous system function, B-Complex vitamins are necessary for many reactions in the body.
