What is a Holistic Nutritionist?
We all need a certain balance of protein, carbohydrates, fats, vitamins, minerals and other nutrients in our bodies. The right mix helps us reach maximum energy levels and overall physical and emotional health. But each of us is a little bit different. As such, we each require different amounts of these nutrients to achieve optimal health. Holistic nutritionists (like moi) personalize a health and wellness plan that is unique to you – one that integrates all the physical, emotional, environmental and spiritual aspects of your life. The key word here is “holistic”. Your individualized program will be balanced, fulfilling, healing and nourishing. That I promise.
What is a Certified Nutritional Practitioner?
Certified Nutritional Practitioners (CNPs) are holistic nutritionists who receive a diploma in Applied Holistic Nutrition after completing a comprehensive program at the Institute of Holistic Nutrition. - Comparative diets
- Nutrition through the lifespan
