Initial Consultation – $200

  • Initial intake where we’ll discuss your current health concerns and goals

  • Lifestyle tips tailored to you
  • Recipes
  • Add $75 to include a 7-day, personalized meal plan (not otherwise included)

Follow Up Consultation – $100

  • Tweaks to your individualized therapeutic food, supplement & lifestyle plan
  • New recommendations and recipes
  • Add $75 to include a 7-day, personalized meal plan (not otherwise included)

Health Coaching – $50/30-minute session, $175 for four sessions

You want to reach your goals and you need a little help getting there. Health coaching sessions are only available if you have completed the Initial Consultation.

  • Review of successes and challenges with holistic wellness plan
  • Tweaks to your individualized therapeutic food, supplement & lifestyle plan
  • Sessions must be used within six months

Food Journal Review – $200 for four weeks

  • Weekly review of food journal with e-mail feedback
