The better you take care of yourself, the better you feel, and the more you can enjoy everything life has to offer. It’s really that simple.

I believe in eating real food and enjoying every second of it. I like green juice. And I like going out to eat at fun new restaurants with friends.

My philosophy is all about finding the balance between healthy and delicious.

Your healthy side may look like this: getting salad instead of fries, going to sleep before 11pm on weeknights, and walking home from work instead of taking transit.

Your delicious side includes: surf trips to Costa Rica, eating at a delicious new resto, hearing a band play live, having that big glass of white wine. It’s whatever brings you joy in life.

The key is letting your healthy self coexist with your delicious self.

And that’s where I come in.

I’ll help guide you to a place where the two meet up harmoniously. My plans are not only doable, they’re delicious and will help you become a master of a balanced life.
